Almond tart with pears

Ingredients:

For the dough:
Flour - 200 g
Sugar - 50 g
Butter - 100 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - a pinch
For almond cream:
Almond flour - 100 g
Sugar - 100 g
Butter - 100 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
For the filling:
Pears - 3-4 pcs.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Preparing the dough:

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt.
Add the diced cold butter and knead with the flour until crumbly.
Add the egg and knead the dough.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preparing the almond cream:

Beat the butter with the sugar until puffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
Stir in the almond flour.
Preparing the pears:

Peel the pears, remove the core and slice.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Assembling the tart:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Roll out the pastry and place it in a tart mold.
Spread the almond cream on top of the pastry.
Arrange the pear slices on top and drizzle with honey.
Baking:

Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes until golden.
Serving:

Cool the tart before serving and garnish with almond petals.
